This system is based on the LabKey server and is designed to store and share results from genomic experiments.  All data from our published experiments are available through this system. Eventually, our goal is to provide users a unique opportunity to examine the effects of viral infection on the host mRNA transcript.

Laboratory Scientists and Collaborators

• Sign in now! If you have an active Lab user account you can start using the system immediately.  This portal allows collaborators of the lab to login and access their completed results and analyses.
• Browse the documentation to become familiar with the capabilities of LabKey Server.
